How can I update my organization's site administrator?
If the site administrator for HMIS needs updated, email HMISHelpdesk@ihcda.in.gov.
If the site administrator for DV needs updated, email DVHelpdesk@ihcda.in.gov.
In your email, include the following
- Subject line that reads "[Organization Name] Site Admin Update"
- Name of the new primary site admin
- Email of the new primary site admin
- Name of the new secondary site admin (not required)
- Email of the new secondary site admin (not required)
The new site admins should review the Site Administrator Training
