How can I update my organization's site administrator?

If the site administrator for HMIS needs updated, email HMISHelpdesk@ihcda.in.gov.

If the site administrator for DV needs updated, email DVHelpdesk@ihcda.in.gov.

In your email, include the following

  1. Subject line that reads "[Organization Name] Site Admin Update"
  2. Name of the new primary site admin
  3. Email of the new primary site admin
  4. Name of the new secondary site admin (not required)
  5. Email of the new secondary site admin (not required)

The new site admins should review the Site Administrator Training
