How do I request new services to be added?
Our team is happy to add a new service to the system when a similar service does not already exist. That being said we have more than 800 existing services and a similar service likely already exits. To add a service to your project in ClientTrack please review the attached report of active services.
Then send an email to your respective help desk, in your email, include the following:
- Project(s) you are wanting the service(s) added to
- The service(s) you want added
- Any additional information that you would like to be included (i.e. what APR category you want them under, what service category, etc.)
For HMIS, email HMISHelpdesk@ihcda.in.gov
For DV ClientTrack, email DVHelpdesk@ihcda.in.gov
