How do I request new services to be added?

Our team is happy to add a new service to the system when a similar service does not already exist. That being said we have more than 800 existing services and a similar service likely already exits. To add a service to your project in ClientTrack please review the attached report of active services.

Then send an email to your respective help desk, in your email, include the following:

  1. Project(s) you are wanting the service(s) added to
  2. The service(s) you want added
  3. Any additional information that you would like to be included (i.e. what APR category you want them under, what service category, etc.)

For DV ClientTrack, email DVHelpdesk@ihcda.in.gov
