How do I request a new HMIS user for my organization?
Here are the steps to complete HMIS new user training:
They will need to visit each link below to complete the required training for new users and watch the videos. They will need to register with their first name, last name, and email address, prior to watching the training.

After they complete the training videos, the site administrator will need to send the help desk an email at HMISHelpdesk@ihcda.IN.gov and include the following and we will get them set up in the HMIS system:
HMIS user agreement -The site admin has a blank copy of the user agreement to complete, or one can be found at the BoS website.
