My organization had someone with HMIS and/or DV access leave. What steps do I need to take?

If the person had a HMIS account, email HMISHelpdesk@ihcda.in.gov.

If the person had a DV account, email DVHelpdesk@ihcda.in.gov. If they had both, you will need to email both emails.

The site administrator will need to email the helpdesk and include the following:

  1. User Name
  2. User Email
  3. Date User Left Organization
